Step 1
Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your phone and go to Location.

Select Your Browser

Tap App permissions, then select the browser you’re using (Chrome or Firefox).

Enable Location Permission

Tap "Allow only while using the app", and make sure "Use precise location" is ON

Step 4
Refresh Inspection Page

Go back to the vehicle inspection page and refresh. Your location should now work.

Still not working?

Your browser may have blocked location for our website. Follow the steps below to allow it in Chrome or Firefox.

Open Settings

Tap the three dots (⋮) in your browser and open Settings.

Step 6
Go to Site settings

Scroll down and tap Site settings.

Step 7
Find the MotorPlatform website

Tap Location (Chrome) or Exceptions (Firefox), then tap the MotorPlatform website.

Step 8
Allow location

Tap Location and change it from Block to Allow.

Step 9
Refresh the vehicle inspection page

Go back and refresh the page.
